He pointed that his department vets applications to set up private companies, and they also check on the quality of the operating companies,  where SGA leads by example.he urged the rest of the companies to emulate SGA and requested SGA to share secrets of successfully running security companies,  given that their standards are so high. During patrol, the police always find SGA guards so alert and portrays a high level of professionalism in their performance of duties, something that deserves recognition. He urged the public to continue partnering with security companies like SGA as that lessens the workload of Police in the country. He also noted it is rare for private companies to hold staff recognition events like what SGA has done and that shows why SGA is leading in the market. He commended the management for the systems in place, noting that managing over 5,700 staff is such a massive task.
He was surprised to see awards for staff excelling in ‘healthy living competition, organised by ImpactAfya and private aerobic instructors,  where periodic medical examination and coaching on a healthy lifestyle is done, followed by continuous aerobic jointly done.
